高廷红


教师简介

高廷红,男,1984年10月,3044am永利集团3044noc教授,博士生导师,硕士生导师,3044am永利集团3044noc副院长,贵州省高层次创新人才,3044am永利集团3044noc国华奖、卓越奖获得者。指导电子科学与技术、新一代电子信息技术、大数据工程与技术、集成电路工程专业研究生,主要从事金属和半导体材料计算与模拟,材料大数据,半导体材料设计,大数据分析与技术,大数据可视化设计,智能交通等方面的研究,已在国际刊物发表论文100余篇,其中SCI收录85篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金2项,省级重点项目2项,其他省级项目6项。采用计算机模拟的方法,在晶体材料生长,材料缺陷机制研究方面取得了大量成果。
